Shipping and Returns

Domestic USPS shipping is $4.99. 

Current processing time is 1-3 business days before your order ships out. (shipping times during high volume holidays and sales may be slightly longer)

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

All items will be shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, CA with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-5 days to arrive within the US depending on where you are located and time of year. 

*We try to be as Eco friendly as possible, and reduce packaging waste.  Your order will be shipped in the least amount of packaging as possible. If you require a gift box for each item, please include a note with your order upon checkout. 

International Shipping

All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks.  We cannot track a package once it leaves the US until it arrives to you. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.

*Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office. If you fail to pay duties required to release your package to you, and it gets returned to us, we do not offer refunds.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders showing confirmed delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we will try our best to help track it down. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a missing package claim via USPS. Please start by filing a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Returns

**Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be initiated and pre approved within 10 business days of receiving your order. 

Returns within the domestic US will be issued a free shipping label. For International returns the return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Elizabeth Stone currently offers store credit only on all unworn products, with the exception of last chance sale items, which are marked final sale. If you need to return an item for a different size or item, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to repurchase the correct size or item needed at your convenience. Elizabeth Stone does not offer direct exchanges at this time.  

If you are returning something you bought during a sale, the sale price is only honored on pieces purchased during the sale period. Any new orders placed outside the sale period for size changes or other preferential reasons will be for the full retail price. *Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. 

We offer free returns for domestic US orders, but original shipping fees are non- refundable.  International returns must be shipped back at customer's expense.

All returns must be mailed back to us within  10 business days of your receipt of the return label we issue to you.  Item(s) must be in original unworn condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to notify us after 10 days or return is sent after the 10 day allowance, your return request will be voided and package returned to you.

*Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed, especially during times of increased order volume.

CANCELLATIONS

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. In the event you accidentally entered a wrong address and email us afterward, we will do our best to try and change it but we can't guarantee to catch it in time, so please check that all your information is correct before checking out.
